Mike and his son-in-law, Jason, fished the Big Hole River with Jack in late June. It was a bit of a drive from Hamilton, but well worth it. There is something about the Big Hole in June, beautiful and usually great fishing. That held true for this day.
Yes, they were thick this year, too! They were a bit latent in the cold weather, but in warm weather windows, they really popped. I might post a photo or two of them.
Merie, I was just wondering if Jack got in on the salmon fly action on the hig hole.. last year they were thick this weekend in Manhattan.
